• Alcohol, non-alcoholic drinks - this includes juice, soft drinks, sports drinks (the only exception is sealed plastic bottled still water up to 1.5L in size) – Get Your Groove On is a licensed event, alcohol is available for purchase at the venue.
• Low Chillazy style chairs or others with essentially no legs, rug for the General Admission area. Note – there will be low chairs available for hire on the day
While you can bring food into Get Your Groove On, we are placing a lot of effort into hand picking the food component to ensure quality, diversity and affordability. We also have some awesome picnic hampers for you to pre-book and pick up on the day.

Unless the event you have purchased a ticket for has been cancelled or rescheduled, or there are legal requirements that provide otherwise (including those of the Australian Consumer Law), tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If an event is rescheduled, you will be offered equivalent tickets at the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event or an event is cancelled entirely, you are entitled to a refund of the face value of the tickets and the per ticket booking fee. However, once an event has taken place there is generally no right to a refund or exchange. In the event of cancellation all refund details will be clearly posted on our website.
Please NOTE: Get Your Groove On was originally rescheduled from February 17th and 24th to the NEW DATE of October 13th . All Original ticket holders were contacted and advised of the change in date and were given the option of either holding their tickets for October 13th or asking for a refund by February 15th – All refund options on tickets for February 17th and 24th are now closed.
No. You are not permitted to bring alcohol into Get Your Groove On. This is a licensed event. Fantastic Hunter Valley Wines, Boutique Beer and more is available for purchase at the bars.
Yes. Please ask Security, Event staff or First Aid officers for help. Please consider others as well as your own safety. If someone needs medical attention please let Security, Event staff or First Aid know so they can help.
If it does rain the show will go ahead unless conditions are deemed to be dangerous. If the forecast is for even the possibility of rain bring good quality raincoats and suitable footwear. The decision to cancel a show will be made on show day. Attendees should check this website BEFORE departing for the show for messages regarding traffic, parking or wet weather arrangements.

If Get Your Groove On is not sold out prior to the show date, yes, tickets will be available on the door.
No. Once the ticket sale is processed the purchase is final. Even if we have a record of your purchase, we cannot be certain that other less scrupulous members of the public will not use the ticket. Please treat your ticket like cash, as they are irreplaceable.
Smart phones and small point and shoot cameras are permitted but professional cameras and video and recording equipment are not.

Yes. Disabled toilets and parking are available at the venue. Please Note: Get Your Groove On is held outdoors, therefore, there are some sloped and uneven areas.
Children under the age of 12 can enter free of charge in the General Admission area. Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or legal guardian at all times.
Children 12 and under do require a ticket (in conjunction with a full price adult). Children 12 and under are free however must present identification upon arrival.
